These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Enter N2 Greatness LLC. Additional agreements, such as informed consent for counseling, coaching agreements, event registration terms, or merchandise checkout terms, may apply to specific services and will control if there is a direct conflict regarding that service.

You may use this website if you are legally able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are arranging services for a minor, you represent that you are a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult with authority to do so.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security or performance, scraping content at abusive scale, submitting false information, harassing staff or clients, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

Enter N2 Greatness and this website do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency room. For mental-health crisis support in the United States, you may also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

Website forms and email are not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent safety needs.

Enter N2 Greatness offers a range of services that may include licensed counseling/therapy, life coaching, group sessions, and holistic modalities (such as crystal healing, sound healing, or related wellness practices). These categories are not interchangeable.

Counseling and therapy involve clinical professional services subject to applicable licensure, ethics, and confidentiality rules. Coaching is typically educational, goal-oriented, and non-clinical; it is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat mental disorders. Holistic modalities are complementary wellness offerings and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

Descriptions on the website are general information only. They do not create a clinician-client or coach-client relationship by themselves. A professional relationship begins only after appropriate intake, agreement, and confirmation by the practice.

Services are provided primarily via telehealth for clients who can lawfully receive care from a New Jersey-based practice. Availability may depend on your location, licensure rules, technology requirements, and clinical appropriateness.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a private space, stable internet connection, and a suitable device for telehealth. Session quality may be affected by factors outside our control, including your network or third-party platforms.

Current published availability windows (subject to change) include Saturday mornings and early weekday hours Monday through Thursday; Friday and Sunday are generally unavailable unless otherwise stated.

Submitting a contact form, booking request, or “Purchase”/“Register Interest” action online does not guarantee an appointment, admission to a group, event seat, or merchandise fulfillment until confirmed by Enter N2 Greatness and, where applicable, payment is successfully processed.

Fees for individual sessions, group sessions, packages, additional services (including Pillar Box, Behavioral Tracker, Family Blueprint, and Geneogram offerings), merchandise, and events are as published on the Pricing, Merch, and Events pages at the time of purchase or as otherwise quoted in writing. Prices may change prospectively.

Third-party payment links (such as Square) or future checkout integrations may be used. Those processors’ terms apply to payment handling. Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies for clinical or coaching sessions will be provided during intake or in a separate agreement and may differ from merchandise or event policies.

To respect practitioner time and other clients, you agree to provide timely notice when canceling or rescheduling. Specific notice periods and any fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be stated in your service agreement or confirmation materials.

Late arrival may shorten the usable session time without extending the scheduled end time or reducing the fee, unless otherwise agreed.

Event pages (including The Midnight Compass scheduled for April 29, 2028) are informational until registration is formally opened and confirmed. Ticket tiers such as Early Bird, Standard, and VIP, as well as venue details marked TBA, are subject to change until purchase is completed under final event terms.

Event tickets, when sold, are generally non-transferable without our consent. Refund eligibility, force majeure, schedule changes, and code-of-conduct rules will be provided at registration. Enter N2 Greatness may refuse or revoke participation for conduct that threatens safety, disrupts the experience, or violates event rules, subject to any refund rights required by law.

Merchandise offerings, including apparel, stainless-steel water bottles, and the Pillar Box, are described for general retail sale and wellness lifestyle support. Product images and descriptions aim for accuracy but may vary slightly in color, packaging, or contents.

Purchase requests submitted by email or form are offers to buy; acceptance occurs when we confirm the order. Shipping timelines, taxes, and return eligibility will be communicated at confirmation. Defective or incorrect items should be reported promptly with order details and photographs when requested.

References to the Enter N2 Greatness wellness app describe a digital companion intended to support mindfulness and continuity between sessions. App features, availability, and store listing details may evolve. Use of the app may be subject to additional in-app terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

The app is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional therapy, coaching, or emergency care.

All website content, including text, branding, logos, graphics, layout, event flyers, and downloadable materials, is owned by Enter N2 Greatness LLC or used under license. You may view and print limited content for personal, non-commercial use related to evaluating or engaging our services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law.

If you submit testimonials, reviews, creative materials, or other content, you grant Enter N2 Greatness a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for legitimate practice operations and marketing, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing. You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful material.

Clinical session content remains governed by professional confidentiality and is not treated as marketing content.

THE WEBSITE AND GENERAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTER N2 GREATNESS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTER N2 GREATNESS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, PRACTITIONERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR INABILITY TO USE IT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE WEBSITE (EXCLUDING LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER LAW, AND EXCLUDING SEPARATE CLINICAL MALPRACTICE OR PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY CLAIMS GOVERNED BY APPLICABLE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND INSURANCE) WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC WEBSITE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enter N2 Greatness LLC and its practitioners and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or as prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law.

Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the website that are not resolved informally shall lie in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. You and Enter N2 Greatness consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits professional regulatory complaints that may be brought before appropriate licensing boards.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements you enter with us, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and supersede prior conflicting website terms.
